I Prevent Real Estate Problems

Most real estate disputes start with a set of documents that were not read, or a transaction that the parties representation did not fully understand.  I draft and review the contracts, deeds, and title documents that decide who wins when something goes wrong - so you don't find out later.

I Evict Tenants for Oregon Landlords

I represent residential landlords in Oregon Forcible Entry and Detainer ("FED") cases from notice through trial.  Since the pandemic, Oregon Landlord Tenant Law has changed dramatically in favor of the tenant.  I tilt the scales back in the Landlord's favor by making sure that when an termination Notice is served, it will result in an eviction.
